​Employment standards set out the rights and obligations of employers and employees in Alberta. This includes the minimum standards that employers must provide to employees. You will find Alberta’s basic employment standards, what to do if you think they are not being followed, and educational materials to help you better understand them.

The Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS) is a quasi-judicial tribunal that offers landlords and tenants a method of resolving disputes under the jurisdiction of the Residential Tenancies Act and the Mobile Home Sites Tenancies Act without going to court.
